Order

All orders can be made simply by emailing us at thewhimsicalwe@live.com

Please kindly state your product code and name, your name and your address.

All prices are stated in Singapore dollars and we accept bank transfers and cheques.

For bank transfers, this service is for local payment only and must be paid fully in Singapore dollars.

For cheque payments, please make all cheques payable to Chen Zhiwei Hazel. Please allow 2-4 days for cheque clearance before we send you your items.

We ensure that we will get back to you as soon as possible with the bank details and the relevant information.

Once your order is confirmed, kindly make payment within 2 days. Otherwise, we regret to inform you that items your item will be up for sale again.

To hasten the payment verification process, please email us once payment is made through bank transfers.

After payment has been received, an email will be sent to you confirming your order and your item will be mailed to you thereafter.

Postage

The WhimsicalWe is delighted to inform you that delivery mode can be done either by meet-ups at convenient places or through local postage delivery of $1 for every order regardless of weight.

Items will be mailed to you in a bubble wrap envelope. Registered mail is an additional SGD$2 for postage within Singapore.


Terms and conditions

We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails and we will do our utmost best to ensure that items will be delivered in a top-notch condition.

In the event when the accessory is damaged, do inform us and send it back for the neccessary repairs.
